Multi-grip pull-up bar that can be used either mounted on the door frame or on the ground. It is equipped with non-slip grips and there is no need to use protective gloves for your hands. Door mounting: with the central bar and narrow grips, you can perform pull-up exercises targeting all back muscles, shoulders, and biceps.
